Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided by us are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Quotes are based on the information you provide and may be subject to change after an in-person inspection.

Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if project scope changes or unforeseen circumstances arise during the work.

Payment Terms

If you need to cancel a scheduled project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may result in a cancellation fee to cover our preparation costs.

If work has already begun, you will be charged for materials purchased and work completed up to the point of cancellation.

Property Access and Safety

You are responsible for providing safe access to the work area and ensuring that pets and children are kept away from the construction site during work hours. We will take reasonable precautions to protect your property, but are not responsible for damage to existing landscaping or structures that must be temporarily moved or adjusted.

Liability

We carry appropriate insurance for our business operations. However, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services.
